The Agriculture Extension Assistants will be responsible for providing extension services and capacity-building support to project beneficiaries within rural communities. This will include delivering technical guidance on improved agricultural practices, supporting the adoption of climate-resilient and sustainable farming techniques, and facilitating training sessions, demonstrations, and field visits. This Labour Management Procedure (LMP) was designed and developed in fulfilment of a core requirement of the World Bank’s Environmental and Social Standard (ESS2) on labour and working conditions for the OECS Skills and Innovation Project (OECS SKIP). The LMP seeks to ensure that structures and measures are developed and implemented to identify the main labour requirements, manage risks associated with the use of different types of workers under the project.
