The consulting services (“the Services”) include the expertise of an Administrative Secretary, in accordance with the Loan Agreement and World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers to provide overall administrative and secretarial support to ensure smooth implementation of the OECS Skills and Innovation Project in Grenada. The project will be implemented during the period 2024 to 2030, and the successful candidate is expected to commence duties in March 2025.

The Government of Grenada has secured financing from the World Bank to support the Unleashing the Blue Economy of the Caribbean Project (UBEC). It intends to use part of these funds for consulting services for the Update and development of a National Waste Policy and a National Plastic Action Plan.
The Division of Youth within the Ministry of Youth & Sports launched its Community Support Grant Fund which aims to support youth-led organizations, National Youth Parliamentarians, and National Youth Ambassadors with community-based projects that address the needs of young people, promoting their personal growth and development.
This Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) has been prepared for the reconstruction of the Balthazar Bridge under the Grenada Resilience Improvement Project (GRIP) and in accordance with the World Bank’s (WB) Environmental and Social Framework (ESF) on Land Acquisition, restriction of land use and involuntary resettlement. It contains measures to provide compensation, relocation assistance where required and a Grievance Mechanism (GM) for individuals, households and businesses affected by the project.

ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL COMMITMENT PLAN - Grenada (the Recipient) will implement the Caribbean Efficient and Green-Energy Buildings Project (the Project), with the involvement of the Ministry of Climate Resilience, the Environment and Renewable Energy (MCRERE) and Grenada Electricity Services Ltd. (GRENLEC), as set out in the Financing Agreement. The International Development Association (the “World Bank,” or the “Bank”), has agreed to provide financing for the Project (P179519), as set out in the referred agreement(s).
STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT PLAN - The overall objective of this SEP is to define a program for stakeholder engagement, including public information disclosure and consultations throughout the project cycle. The SEP outlines the ways in which the project team will engage with stakeholders and includes a grievance redress and feedback mechanism by which people can raise concerns, provide feedback, or make complaints about any activities related to the project. Additionally, this SEP outlines activities that aim to proactively raise awareness and inform on energy efficiency and resilience for the general public, ministry staff and other relevant stakeholders.
The National Project Coordinator, to be based in St. George’s, Grenada, will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the implementation of the project activities at the national level and for ensuring cross-country and regional collaboration.
